The Arcoplast VLADS is the laboratory nucleus : VLADS are an all encompassing centralized control center, providing staff with secure access to assigned sectors, along with full control of each environment based on real time operational information.
Arcoplast assembles each VLADS as a customized module to ensure the correct interface of electronics and the various components. When installed the VLADS is seamlessly mounted into the primary or secondary barrier.
VLADS doors are made-to-measure then factory assembled to customer specifications. VLADS doors are hung on a concealed, nickel-plated, self-closing hinge mechanism with 175° motion, allowing the door to swing clear, offering unhindered access to the cabling, de con ports, air filters and hardware.
LDU’s, monitoring sensors, and gauge cut-outs are all factory cut with a precision CNC router, resulting in minimum on-site tooling and a quick easy installation for your BAS electronic hardware provider.
Arcoplast VLADS are designed to solve the problem of cable management by providing easy access to the entire cable feed, meaning old equipment such as outdated monitoring systems and malfunctioning sensors can be quickly replaced without compromising the primary or secondary barrier. In the event of new or urgent research, the VLADS can be quickly repurposed to meet the project criteria.
