A-1010 Bio-Seal, A-2020 Adhesive : The wash basin is directly attached to the wall. The seal and finish is water proof and has a long life cycle with no rejuvenating maintenance programs.
A-1010 BIO-SEAL
Product description : A-1010 Bio-Seal is supplied as a twin cartridge equal mix, high strength aliphaticurethane structural adhesive that bonds, seals and finishes in a single application, it is touch dry in 12 hours and fully cured in 72 hours. A-1010 Bio-Seal is specifically designed for composite panel joints and panel to panel coving with featheredge detailing, resulting in a seamless finish. Features of A-1010 Bio-Seal : Chemically neutral, retains a permanent high gloss non-porous, non-yellowing finish, is odor free and environmentally neutral.
A-1010 Bio-Seal perm rate : 0.002 grams per Sq Meter per hour. In contrast silicon has a perm rate of 1.000 grams per Sq Meter per hour. A-1010 Bio-Seal produces an impermeable, air, gas, water tight seal, it is unaffected by moisture, mildew, condensation, does not support the growth of fungus, microbial activity and is impervious to vermin.

A-2020 STRUCTURAL ADHESIVE
INSTRUCTIONS brief overview :
Twin tube adhesive with a working time of 30-50 minutes at 75º | 24ºC and a fixture time of 100-150 minutes at 75º | 24ºC, fully cured 4 hours. A-2020 structural adhesive and A-1010 Bio-Seal are designed to work in a staggered combination. Meaning A-2020 structural adhesive is used to bond different materials together. Four hours later once cured, A-1010 Bio-Seal is used to seamlessly seal and finish the : Joint /seam or penetration etc.
A-2020 adhesion strength facilitates direct attach of many devices and MEPs to the Arcoplast primary barrier without the need of fasteners, in effect A-2020 chemically welds the fixture to the Arcoplast primary barrier panel.
A-2020 structural adhesive is impermeable, does not encourage the growth of bacteria, fungus or microbial activity and is impervious to vermin. A-2020 is certified for facilities rated : CL-3, CL-4, PC3, PC4, BSL-3 and BSL-4.
