Description: A two-component, 2:1 mix, bright white, high-strength epoxy structural adhesive used to bond and seal Arcoplast fiberglass gel coated panels, fiberglass accessories, aluminum moldings, and metal trim. Bonds and seals with a highly impermeable, non-yellowing, high-gloss finish. It is environmentally neutral, with no odor after curing. However, a slight odor exists while curing. |

In the event of damage, Arcoplast gel coat surfaces can be easily repaired. Using a specifically designed gel coat putty, scratches and minor damages to the surface can be filled, maintaining the appearance and performance of your wall, ceiling and door finishes.The repair kit is conveniently and securely packed and shipped in a metal container and is available in quart or pint sizes. |

PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE BEGINNING INSTALLATION. These guidelines are given in good faith to help prevent installation problems caused by the most common errors. Arcoplast, Inc. bears no responsibility for installation actions taken or not taken. There are many nuances of installation not covered in these instructions that Arcoplast, Inc. assumes are general construction knowledge to an experienced installer. Selection of an experienced wall liner installer is the sole responsibility of the project owner, if needed a certified applicator can be recommended. Arcoplast recently set out to determine the pressure loss possible when their fiberglass composite panels are secured using screws instead of an adhesive bond. They provided Technical Safety Services, Inc. with four 24”x24” 6mm cement core panels. A single, #12 stainless steel, pan-head, self-tapping screw was inserted into the center of each panel. |
